Founded in 1995, Exeter Bach Society is the only choral society in Exeter devoted to the life and works of Johann Sebastian Bach.

Membership News

The 2008/2009 Season ended with a very successful performance of J S Bach's St John Passion on 4th April 2009. The next concert is to be at St David's Church, Exeter, on Saturday 21st November 2009 when we will be singing Vivaldi's Gloria and J S Bach's Cantata No 34 and his Magnificat in D. The orchestra will also be playing a Concerto Grosso by Handel.

We will be starting rehearsals for the next season on 23rd April for four Thursdays. Thereafter there will be a summer break until we meet again on Thursday 10th September. If you would like to join us please come along on 23rd April or ring the Hon Secretary - see Join us page.
